1. Acceptance
By accessing or using CBr Ops ("Service") at cbr-ops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
CBr Ops is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered document management, client management, and scheduling tools for businesses.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
5. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as a data processor on your behalf.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBr Ops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect.
